Did Voltrex, the dino form Voltron ever appear in the 3d series cause I heard it was supposed to. Also I remember all the pilots being re released with upgraded armor and motorcyle vehicles that had real cheap paint that came off. Anyone remember these? And of course there was a huge Voltron which the full original figures could fit in that was bigger than my year old daughter when standing up, lol.

Wish I would have kept all of these as I can not find them anywhere anymore.

Actually, I still have my "upgraded" figures, and the paint is chipping away nicely.

I have both the regular and Stealth Voltrons that stood around 1-1/2 to 2 ft tall. Unfortunatly, Stealth doesn't stand up very well.

I only remember the toy of Voltrex, I do not believe it ever made it onto the show.

Voltrex was not in the show. He was going to appear in the third season, but the series was cancelled before he could make an appearance.

Thank God. I would have hated to see how that would be introduced.

Do you suffer from itching and burning? Are you afraid to sit down while spending an evening with your friends? Do you find it difficult to sit during business meetings?

If you suffer from any of these symptoms then try Voltrex. The new hemorrhoidial cream from Wasteful Environmental Products. It's guaranteed to sooth your aching @ss before you can say "Ahhhh." Just listen to one of our satisfied customers.

Hunk: I had an @ss ache THIS big *stretches arms out* until I applied Voltrex to my rear end. The soothing cream made it easier to sit during dinner. Thanks WEP!

OMG *Falls from chair laughing.* nice one princess. I actually have one of those, and they paint has chipped off horribly. I thought it was because of the way I stored it. (In a box in the garage hidden from the public.)

Thank you Maybe Tomorrow from the Xenosaga 3 OB

I could never fit the figures in the two foot Voltrons well at all, any luck with you, that's cool that you still got them.

No actually, only Allura, Hunk, and Keith could realy fit in the toys as the cockpits for those lions were big enough. With Pidge I had to bend him backwards and jam him in there and I could never get Lance into his lion. It would have been nice for WEP to have some small figures made that came with the Voltron that could fit.

I would have liked to see how they did that on the show. Don't know why it was cancelled especially after the awards it won.

What awards did V3D win? As far as I know, the only award it got was a Daytime Emmy for Best Sound Editing.

V3D was cancelled because of low ratings and the animation studio going into bankruptcy.

I still say V3D should have been done by the studio that did Beast Wars. It wasn't as popular starting out as it is now, but they did some break through animation using CGI.

And what was with the name, "The Third Dimension"? It sounds more like some sort of astral plane story arc than the title for the full series.

Mainframe is the studio you speak of.

I agree, they should have done V3D. They did an awesome job on Beast Wars.

It certainly wasn't very catchy and came across as bland.

I really missed the "Defender Of The Universe" part in V3D.

It was a marketing gimmick label. It really turned me off to the series. It sounded like an introduction to a Voltron themed Powerpoint demo.
