Been a Voltron fan since the 80's, seen the old epsoides I had the toys,
stickers. I have seen voltron 3d too and bought the new figures. I hear soon will sell voltron dvd's. Also heard about the fall 05 cartoon...and future toys. Like the voltron website and this forum awesome.
I am 28 and still a fan of the voltron force.

Do you think WEP considered creating video games and pc games? Will we ever see Voltron in action on a video game or pc game?

Fans old and new like me would appreciate the games creation.

A long time ago like 90 something. I wrote to video game companies and game creators to ask them to contact WEP so a voltron video game would be made, because voltrons characters and story is facinating and interesting.

People if u feel like me, u should email WEP and suggest it...Power Rangers, Gundam and Robotech have a game why not Voltron?

LOL Voltron, is being robbed.

Boy oh boy... you REALLY don't know WEP, do ya?

I had a dream once where I went to a GameStop to get a Voltron Game. It had two modes. One was a Street Fighter/Mortal Kombat mode where you fought the Robeast, the other was a Gradius-type thing where you flew through space and shot at stuff.

I think that's about as close as I'm gonna get.

BTW, welcome to the nut house.

First, welcome a-board! Wink

As for the poll, I voted no. It's highly unlikely we'll ever see a Voltron video game. There was supposed to be one made for the Gameboy Advance console, but nothing ever came of it.

First off, welcome.

Secondly, you will find that many, if not all, of the board members have no faith in WEP whatsoever. They have failed to deliver on many promises and the fans simply don't have the time or energy to get their hopes up any more. We all come to the boards not to search for Voltron news but to simply chat and have fun with one another.

That is why I voted no to your survey. The only way a Voltron game will ever be made is if a third party gamer created one themselves.

Despite the lack of progress from WEP, please feel free to hang around and chat with us. This is actually a very nice place to hangout, despite the random case of mistaken personality and, on occassion, the mysterious streaker who runs about in the evenings.

I HAVE FAITH IN WEP!
to do absolutley nothing.

Just a side note, both The Transformers and G.I. JOE had video games in the 80's, and the Transformers have a game out on PS2.
A company like Hasbro actually cares to market their products to their fans. I can't say the same for WEP.

All of my favorite 80's cartoons had video games made, except for Voltron. WEP had more than enough opportunities to make a Voltron video game, especially in its heyday in the 80's.

WEP what's your excuse?

WEP's best chance right now is either the DS, PSP, or convincing a developer to create something for the next-gen systems. If the game isn't that great, they can blame it on it being a near-launch title.

Who am I kidding...it'll never happen. Hell, I was writing code from the ground up to create a 16-bit Voltron fighter similar to the old SNES Bandai mech fighters and I gave up. The code is rotting away on a CD somewhere...
