Who else longs for toys that are accurate to the way the lions were portrayed in the cartoon series? I don't care if it doesn't form Voltron. I want a green lion toy that looks like this:

Your best bet would be to customize your own version.

Yeah, that's one thing I never liked is in the cartoon, all the lions are the same size, however, the toy red lion and green lion are like kittens. Now I know the reason is that they have to be smaller, or it would be top heavy (like VV), but still.

The Masterpiece Green Lion is probably the closest you'll ever come to getting a Green Lion toy that's almost the same as the Lion in the series.

Hopefully when the movie comes out, we'll get a bigger range of toys and models, including ones that are more accurate. Here's hoping!

The 2 foot tall Voltron that came out in 2000 is a bit more accurate in scale size. Red and Green Lions weren't too small in comparison to the others...but Blue and Yellow Lions were made a bit wider and more sturdy to hold up the weight...which is why I think the 2 foot tall Stealth Voltron doesn't stand too well...the legs weren't designed well enough to hold up the weight.

I agree.
In fact did you know that although the width of your arms and legs differ the lengths are about the same??

So technically you could make the lions about the same size they would just have bulky arms. :?
