I saw that RoboCop pic a couple of days ago. Looks feckin' awful.


I hope any new Robo movie is a "sequel" and not a remake.

The first Robo was great. The second was still pretty good. The third one...I wasn't impressed.

My fear is that they aren't going to improve on Robo but make it more modern. I wouldn't be surprised if the guy who becomes robocop was ex-military who served in Iraq.

But alas, I shall rag on this movie when more is known about it. I will admit that I am looking forward to the G.I. Joe movie.

I cannot wait for GI Joe, but like Transformers, the fanboys are whining because they can't handle seeing people trying to sneak into a base wearing black instead of neon bright colors.

I just hope the characterization of the Joes is better than Transformers.

I see your point about neon != subtle.
I saw a few stills, so I can't say for sure, but both sides wear black; if there's heavy action on the screen, how will I be able to tell them apart? And what's up with shots I've seen of a maskless Destro?

By the way, I don't know if this has been posted yet but the guy who played the son on 3rd Rock From the Sun is going to be Cobra Commander.

I was reading the latest issue of People Magazine's Child Stars and Where they are now. He was one of the featured child stars. In the blurb, it states that he will be fighting the Joes as Cobra Commander.

it's crazy how people grow up. he played the main kid in Angels in the Outfield.
