Is it possible?

I'm trying to put something down throughout the video that says it comes from my site.

I'm dealing with people stealing the Voltron Sprite commercials and uploading to You Tube. I'm working on a way to make it to where they can't steal them as easily, but in the event they do, I want it to where it's obvious they did steal it from my site.

Any help would be appreciated!

You don't give much info for me to go on if you have editing software. It depends on what type of editing software you have if you have any at all.
Use the text tool, type your message, float it or adjust it to where you want the text to appear and adjust the transparancy.

But will it stay for the entire video? I don't want it to be just at the start. I'd want it somewhat transparent so it doesn't block the video, but obvious enough to see.

I have Windows Media. That's about it I think. Not much to go on, I know.

Yes.

You can have watermarks appear for the duration of the video, or for only a specified amount of time. It's very easy to adjust.

You should be fine with keeping the watermark in so long as your keyframes span the entire clip (or in the case of Windows Movie Maker, the effect spans the entire clip)
