On Tuesday, 10/13, somewhere in the middle of the night, the rock of my life, my teacher, mentor, best friend, and most of all, loving mother, passed away and entered into her eternal rest.
Gosh - I can hardly believe I'm saying this. Its all so surreal to me. She's always been there for me through every crisis, through ever circumstance. She was encouraging me when I told her I would probably need a hysterectomy either by the end of this year or early next. She said I'd make it through and that God would be taking care of me." Now, she'll be watching over me too. She flew up to heaven on the . . . Wings of angels by the . . . Clouds and stars and passed where no one sees - and she . . . Walks with Jesus and her loved ones waiting, And I . . . Know she's smiling saying . . . Don't worry 'bout me. Rest in peace, Ma. She was my hero, my 'Momzie'. I love her so much but I know we have to go on. AP and I thank all of you for your kind words and thoughts. She will be forever our 'Mommy angel' now.
