Greetings, everyone! I'm afraid I am in need of help and know nowhere else to go.

I placed an order with the Voltron store early in February. I never received it, and I've been trying since mid-February to get tracking or some sort of order status. However, every email I sent for assistance - voltron@voltron.com, webmaster@voltron.com, jeremy@voltron.com - has been returned to me as undeliverable.

I had a pre-order item on the order; if the order will not ship until that is in, that'd be fine, but I would like to know that. If it was lost in the mail, I need to figure out what to do. My credit card was already charged...

Usually if your credit card is charged they have a number for you to call as well in case you didn't actually make the purchase.

Other than that, what about PM'ing admin via this board?

Agreed - contact Admin or PM him. He'll fix it for you. He's got 'Admin powers'.

Thanks for the responses. I sent a PM to the admin last week, but no reply yet. I'll give it a little more time, but more than anything it's just nerve-wracking that all the emails I sent to the @voltron.com domain are being returned as undeliverable. I even sent one from my work address to make sure it's not a problem with my personal email.
