Woke my wife and I up at 4:30 this morning, our bed started shaking, we thought we were going crazy.

I didn't personally, the news this morningis saying some here in Georgia felt their beds shaking. They did register the shock waves all the way down here.

We felt it in St. Louis. They closed a bridge on Kingshighway this morning because concrete pieces fell from it the bridge has been reopened.

I felt it. A lot of other people here in Kansas City did, too. It's what actually woke me up this morning because I thought there was a tornado outside. >_>

I live in Middle Georgia, but I didnt feel a thing....

Ooh. Let's not use the T word. We have storms moving in again here near Atlanta

Hey Darkblade - I'm in Stockbridge. Not too far from you. Last I heard that woodstock, GA felt it and douglasville did, but the shock waves seemed to have stopped there. My hubby was telling me that our friend Geoff monitors earthquakes and it seems that we don't feel them a lot, but we have quite a few here in GA

Im in the Macon area. Im from California and I am very use to earthquakes so they dont bother me much. I was surprised to hear that one was felt here in the GA though.

We saw a USGS truck today don't know what they were doing in St. Louis.

The last time I remember hearing about one was back int the mid 90's. But Geoff is always telling Kenny that we get more than we know. We're near a fault line that is very mild.

A 5.2 on the Richter scale with aftershocks up to 4.5. In NY, I didn't feel it, but I've heard people down in Florida felt it.

No matter where you go in this country, there's either an earthquake, a flood, a hurricane, a firestorm, or a tornado. Ya can't move away from it anymore. Mother Nature is back with a vengeance!

The shock waves in Georgia seemed to die out closer to the Atlanta City area. I'm about 26 miles south of there
