I came across this today with my wife. She ordered some new lights for her car from a place called Jem electronics. (We went on for about 10 minutes about how the package (which was multi-colored bright lights) was truly outrageous). I also work with a computer system at work called Synergy.

Anybody else got any?

My husband works on a system called 'Synergy' as well. And when they shut the program down for the night and leave Synergy to handle everything, I affectionately say, "Show's over Synergy."

When I was a Document Preparation Specialist, I once prepared documents for a New York borrower in the name of 'VOLTRON REALTY, INC'.

Where I work, my edit system mis-recorded a video clip. The video got stuck recording only two frames again and again. I referred to it as the "Wang Chung" because of the way it played.

Allura's post reminded me there was a professor in my university with the last name of Pidge. I didn't have her for any classes, but I worked in the A/V department and she'd come in to rent out stuff for her classes. She was much older and didn't know anything about Voltron though.
