Hi!

The covers for these DVDs are fantastic, but you would have thought that they would have done a better job of protecting and packaging them. Every case that I saw was either dented or scratched, including the two that I picked out. Hopefully, they will address this with the next release. I am going to contact Anime Works to see if there is a way to obtain a case that isn't damaged though. It doesn't hurt to ask.

On a positive note, I can't wait to watch them. I have waiting for them to release them for so long. Thank you WEP for finally getting them to us.

Hmmm . . . maybe you supplier got a damaged shipment, Princess. I don't have any problems with mine.

Hmmmm Mine wasnt damaged at all. May be it was the way your retailer handled them after recieving there shipment.

We bought 5 copies from Best Buy, haven't had any issues with any of them.

Although, I think it would have bee cool if some of them contained hidden keys...

LOL!!!

Maybe future sets should have a key.

They should add keys for a super collectors edition. But it be hard to get one due to them flying of the shelves

Mine is dented as well, and the box inside has some scratches on it. The tin also doesn't stay closed. Anybody else having that problem?

I'm debating exchanging it for a new set on Tuesday.
