The only thing listed as an extra is the "collectable booklet", which I don't think any of us really counts it as. Otherwise, all there is are trailers on disc three. I had hoped one of them would be for Dairugger, but no. |

I just got mine today at Best buy.I'm watching "This World's For The Birds" right now, so far I'm loving it. Also, today's my birthday so Happy Birthday to Me.

Do we even know if MB is (still) committed to releasing DXV? I've been concerned since the beginning that they might decide "well, VV and GoLion both made about the same amount of profit... which means DXV will bring in even less..." And then that would be it. |

I'm sure DXV will be released. All episodes have been subtitled and are ready for release. It's just a matter of when.  |

Yeah. Look how long it took MB to release the VV series to begin with. A year between the final lion volume and first vehicle volume, followed by 3-4 month gaps inbetween for each additional VV volume. Dairugger XV probably will not see the light of day until early 2010 seeing as how it was 5 months inbetween Lion 5 and Golion 1.
Anyway, I picked up the final volume yesterday when it came in, but the disc holder for the third disc is busted, so I have the disc being held in place by masking tape. I haven't watched anything yet, but the lack of extras tells me that MB did not really give a damn about this series, and I do not even understand why they bothered with the episode count being 6/6/4 instead of doing it like 6/5/5. OH well, whatever. I'm just happy that Voltron is now complete and I never have to drop another dime on the series.  |

Probably an exclusive, like how Best Buy got to release some of the previous Voltron DVDs earlier than everyone else. |

Just go to Best Buy, they should have them. However, unlike the previous volumes, Vol 8 is categorized in the Anime section, so depending on how they do things at your local store, it might be in Anime unless an employee was smart enough to just put it with the rest of the Voltron discs in TV. |
