With the original Japanese versions for Lion Force Voltron and VV Voltron coming out, does this mean that we will see the Japanese original version of Voltron II and even an English Voltron II dub?

I believe that Albegas (Voltron II) Wep no longer "holds" the rights to distribute it.

also, since it was never dubbed, and never incorporated into hte Voltron canon (storyline) I doubt it would be worked on. Truth be told, Albegas was not a good anime series to begin with.

But didn't Albegas make a small appearance in the Voltron Comic Book?

Yeah, in Volume 2 Issue #2 as a deactivated "knock-off that didn't take".

That was quite a clever dig at Albegas not becoming Voltron. Definitely one of my favourite moments from the comic.

Well, at least it took the focus off VV being the usual butt-of-jokes...although they did slip that Voltron Jr dig in there at him. Doh!

The Voltron Junior dig really annoyed me.

I enjoyed it.

I'm a VV fan, and I actually liked the "Junior" dig the first time it was mentioned in Vol. 2 #4. Though I do think some folks enjoyed it a little too much, and I didn't care for the 2nd mention in Vol. 2 #11.

I'm not saying this because I am a huge Albegas fan but doesn't it seem odd that they put up a video clip of Albegas for all to see. That made me go huh? I don't know if it will be released or not but I think what WEP might do is see if the others sell well first before putting Albegas on DVD. But this is just my two cents.
