Not digging it, to be honest. The choice of screenshots IMO is mostly poor.

I was amused at the screenshots on the back of Golion 2. Every single screen features blood or death.

Just in case you didn't know what you were getting into, I guess.

It actually says 'revisit'.

Enjoy and thank her for the great work!

An "exclusive" ...would have been a wall poster sold by you guys of the artists artwork -to us, the fans.
This would have been a great back-up now, to the fact, since Volume 3 of DAIGUGGER XV is not coming out on time... or may not be in the stores at all, from the talk here at this site.

And or, also this would have been a fantastic "freebie"/ or "discount offer" to be found in the DVD sets ...for having bought the DVD set(s).

Why can you not see that "DAIRUGGER XV" is just as merchandisable as "GOLION"... or any other product you have????
"Old anime" is on a come back, in as new live-action movies. "Space Cruiser Yamato", "Science Ninja-Team Gatchaman", "Captain Harlock", "Gaiking".. the really great stuff that started the anime craze here in the United States.
And you got "DAIRUGGER XV". Think about that.

We've heard from *one dude* that it *might* not be at Best Buy in retail. That's it.

It will be for sale online from a plentitude of sites. If you don't have a credit/debit card, ask your mom to order it for you. You might be able to special order ship-to-store at a Best Buy or something; it'll be on their site, just not in regular stock.

Is this based on your degree in marketing or your extensive market research?

I love Dairugger, but it obviously has not been selling like hotcakes. If it was, there wouldn't be a rumor that it won't be in stores.

Never heard of it, never heard of it, never heard of it, and never heard of it.

Anime fandom is not as big as you think it is.

There is a problem though. Best Buy is the only company left that sold anime. There is no one else in retail that sells anime. In fact, Target and Walmart is really all that is left that sells movies. Thus, losing Best Buy's business means you pretty much just lost 90% of your sales because no one else is going to carry it.

Sounds like further reinforcement of my point that anime fandom is not as great as some anime fans perceive it to be. (If it were otherwise, there'd be more bricks-and-mortar retailers carrying it.)

Do you really think 90% of Golion/Dairugger sales came from Best Buy? I would guess that the on-line-sales share is greater than that. And of course, there are specialty independent retailers that might carry it in certain places where a critical mass of audience is great enough.
