Amazon's not shipping mine until 3/01. I can wait. Theirs is cheaper, shipping is free, and 3/01 gives me time to start bouncing back from buying that new TV. razz

I can wait until we get them in at work, as with my employee discount, it is $21 with no shipping hassles and stuff.

No, I picked it up today myself, as they came in, and the date on the box said the 16th.

Haven't opened it yet, but I am kind of disappointed with the case. As much as I disliked the disc holder style of the Golion and Tekkaman Blade cases, Dairugger just seems out of place being in a standard amaray case.

EDIT: I opened it, and my case was broken. -_- Worst of all, being a case that has a disc holder that holds 2 discs instead of one makes this even harder to find a replacement.

On the other hand, I watched the first disc already, and the first six episodes are already better than Vehicle Voltron in its entirety. I was glued to my TV the entire time, whereas I kept looking at the running time clock during every VV episode. Having both sides not know about each other, and seeing how the Galveston's react is much better than anything Voltron ever did with the Drule empire.

Nope! Got mine at the same time.
Although, what is the condition of your case? One of the DVDs I have is loose because the prongs that hold the DVD broke off. No damage to the DVDs but I'm still a little ticked off about it. I may have to get individual jewel cases to keep them from potential damage.

Mine was like that, and the other copy we got in has pieces sliding around on the inside.

Mine was like that too. There was no damage to the disc though.

Two discs, not three? They crammed 18 episodes onto two discs?

No no, there are three discs, but the disc holder tray piece fits two discs, and then the third disc is in the standard placement seated opposite of the backside of the case. However, it is the holder that was broken, and the only other DVD I own that uses a similar one is a three disc Doctor Who set, so it is pretty much impossible to replace.

I just checked Best Buy's webiste, it's saying Dairuuger is Available in my local store. Even though it's supposed to be released Tuesday. I'm going to be calling the store tommorow, because I'm off work on Sunday and can go out and get it. Hope the weather holds though.
