That is one of Pidge's holograms in the mess hall... The one of Allura in the gym with Keith really real looking too don't you think?

I know that Keith in the Gym is the realistic hologram.

We'll borrow Allura's Commander Keith blow-up doll and put him under the box. Yes, it will be a big box. When Chee goes in for the pounce, we pull the string. Got her!

Then we pop open some cold ones and toast our favorite bad boy with a heart of gold.
