Its the "grey" licensed version of Golion, known as LIONBOT (ebay is always filled with these for sale).

Made in Taiwan, a manufacturer there, took the original POPY version, made a cast of the invidual parts, and recreated a mold from them, then started producing these versions.

When i mention "grey' that means that they were made from OFFICIAL versions, but are essentially, bootlegs of those originals.

Dont spend more than $90 (allow $10-$20 for shipping). You can sometimes get these off of ebay for $50 with shipping (brand new, sealed) if you play your cards right with the bidding.
