Yeh, my Blue Lion's head broke right off (yikes!) I want to get a replacement BLue Lion and buying it off of ebay (or some other site) is not an option. I need to contact Toynami but who and where? The contact info on their contact page at Toynami.com doesn't give an email for customer service. So since I can't buy a replacement Blue lion, can I contact Toynami and have them send me a replacement?

Contact Toynami. They were very good about replacing a bunch of blue lions when the legs snapped on a lot of people.

I think what he was looking for was actual email addresses as he couldn't find them.

Pretty sure you need the sales division, but it can't hurt to send an email to both addresses just in case since you're ordering a replacement not buying a new one.

I had Voltron assembled to show it off to a friend and then when I was putting it away, I left it on my TV stand and thought I'll do it later. I forgot though! I had the Blue Lion really close to the edge, and didn't notice until after. Anyways, I ejected a tape and it nudged the BLue Lion. Since it was so close to the edge (damnit, how could I not notice?!?!?!?!? ) and one of the front paws slid off causing the whole thing to fall. It fell from like 3 1/2 feet. That's how it broke. The most accidental accident ever.
And Cliffhanger, I bought my MPC Edition Feb. 5. I don't have to pay for my Blue Lion Replacement do I? That's not an option. This is a "Limited Edition Masterpiece Edition" so I would expect to get a free replacement.

Last year, when I wrote to Toynami to harangue them about my broken lion limbs, I wrote to customerservice@toynami.com. Granted, I haven't looked at their website since then, and maybe this address doesn't even exist anymore, but I can at least confirm that it worked a year ago.

Can't do that. Toynami - at least last year - wants the original lion mailed back before they replace it.
I'm really unsure if they'll do this one since the majority of the blue lion complaints have centered around the legs and this is not the company's fault.
Don't tell them how it broke. Just say what part broke and hope for the best.

The old "I bought from the comic store and got home to find out it's broke and the comic store told me to just contact you guys!" always works!

For real, my Blue Lion's left hind leg was broken and I sent them the Lion. For under $5 shipping, you could get a repaired or replaced Lion.

Wow, everyone here tried to help but yet you have to make me feel bad? You know what you're a ???? because instead of helping, you post here to only say "It's your fault and you're stupid to want a free replacement." My parents didn't want to cough up $150 for it, but yet they did because they're cool. Now, the worst thing that could ever happen happens, and it's soley MY responsiblity. I'm not happy. Thanks for the help to everyone else, I know what to do.
