I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how maybe to fix a really tight, squeaky joint on the black lion? I thought it seemed fine when first purchased, but I simply moved the left hind leg the other day and it seemed really tight and had an obnoxious sqeaking/rubbing sound.

What happed? Can i fix this on my own or is it forever like that? Only reason I ask is while I see screws, not so sure the plastic isn't glued at the seems ya know? Anyone else experience similar symptoms? Once again for the Plastic Masterpiece set.

Well so far 14 people have viewed this and have no answer. A sign that I'm stuck with a tight squeaky leg (laughs) darnit!

Ahwell, it happens. Anyone have similar issues on the die-cast model at all? Just trying to find a way to fix this without taking a gamble on another one.

Although having another one would allow me to keep the squeaky one in it's box while displaying the other, I guess. But I'll probably end up with another squeaky one so then I'll have two! Ha, just my luck.

Honestly, if you're not going to be playing with the thing on a regular basis, I wouldn't worry about the squeaking.

It doesn't really take away the value of it...

Oil could be very bad for plastic, so liquid graphite might help. Try looking here:

Yea your right, but it's just kind of an annoyance i guess. yea i'll check out the liquid graphite. i just wasn't sure if there really was a way to adjust that leg since it seems hard to get at. thanks guys
