Hey everyone, I wanted to pass along this link to those of you who aren't in the LiveJournal Voltron Unite group sharing some pictures of custom Cossack, Haggar, and Yurak that Coldwin and I made in Soul Calibur IV. Man, I wish to make one of my Princess Irisd character. I have the pics on a Castle Doom thread, plus on Pursia's website.

Cowgirl - The version you saw was Soul Calibur III, which is on the PS2. These customs are from the PS3 sequel to the game just released in August.

Unfortunately, our son hit the power switch on the strip the PS3 was plugged into while saving so our data got erased, and Coldy's got to play the game enough to unlock some of the gear he'd acquired so we can remake our characters. D'oh!

Yay! We finally have our SC4 data back again! We have all the game gear unlocked now, so we were able to not only re-make the characters were lost but make others as well. Here's a link to the LJ post I made to the Voltron Unite community with all the Doomites, Princess Allura, and a couple of my original characters from my Voltron fanfic.

Glad you enjoyed the customs, Cowgirl. I was really pleased with Merla too... but then again, when you're Merla, you can't help but look good!

Those are pretty darn nifty. I think Yurak would look better with the armor you made for him in the game. Too bad about the ears, though - bet that would have helped the look immensely.

Hagar was cool, Merla ROCKED.

The ears are a big bummer. If there had been something to work with on it, I think both Yurak and Zarkon would've been so much closer. Still, I love all the armor options. I ought to try my hand at a Drule and see if I can recreate their wacky armor at all. Maybe a Throk would be fun.

And don't worry, I won't inflate Cossack's ego any more by telling him your little secret.
