Princess Of Planet Doom![]() |
This is a thread where we can talk about the relationship between Merla & Allura.
It was hard to tell whether Merla was jealous of Allura or wished for them to be friends. I've read or heard people talk about how jealous Merla was of Allura, but I wonder why? Then there was Merla in, "Ghost Of A Chance," talkin about how they could've became good friends. <a href="http://s78.photobucket.com/albums/j116/GangstaIris/?action=view¤t=princessiris3.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j116/GangstaIris/princessiris3.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> |

Maybe when Merla was trying to "go good" and figured it'd be advantageous, or that perhaps the princess would be a good "mentor" for her, though I'm not entirely sure that she really felt that way... anyone else wanna field this one? Otherwise, she kinda hated Pinky's ass...
Well, that kinda thing happens when your loverboy's pining after and aggressively pursuing some other chick and it's right in your face. Agreed that Merla would be jealous because she wanted Lotor but Lotor was after Allura. Now, it may just be that from where I'm from that when one woman is going after one guy, but that guy is going after a different woman, that it's ok for the first woman to be jealous and resentful towards the second woman.
Perhaps Merla wanted to be friends because A) she thought it would be a good cover to get close to Allura in order to eliminate her or B) Merla saw what made Allura so attractive to Lotor and decided that she wanted Allura instead of letting Lotor have her. ~KBL~ I prefer the weapon that you only need to fire once.
